Instructions For each solo competition the in which the dancer participated, please fill in the following information:

Dance: Enter the name of the dance:  reel, jig, slip jig, treble jig, hornpipe, trad. set, non-trad set, special

Level: The level of competition. Please use the following abbreviations: B = Beginner, AB = Advanced Beginner, N = Novice, P = Prizewinner, PC = Preliminary Championship, OC = Open Championship, AD = Adult

Competition #: The number assigned to the competition in the feis program book or syllabus. These will differ from feis to feis and from dance to dance (examples: 3R, 17JB, 102, HP27, etc.).

No. of Dancers in Competition: A best guess at the number of dancers in the competition. Usually, this information can be obtained in feis program book.

Place:  If the dancer was awarded a place in the competition, please enter the result (i.e., 1, 2, 3...). If the dancer tied in a particular result, please indicate by adding a "T" after the place (i.e. 2T = tied for second). If no place was awarded, enter NP.
