Dance Steps
One of the unique features of traditional
irish dance is the way in which steps are passed on from teacher to student
down the generations, so that each school's steps describe its heritage.
The Culkin School of Traditional Irish Dance
is proud to remember Peggy O'Neill A.D.C.R.G. who passed these steps on to
her students.
Please remember always: heels in and toes
out, dance lightly, one foot in front of the other, and always on your toes!
To help you remember our beginner steps, the
following is a "transcription" of several dances. By selecting a link,
you will open a new, easy-to-print window.
